His goal is to take the hassle out of property management for landlords, offering high-quality service at reasonable prices while driving the company's ambitious growth plans.
Charlotte Fletcher
Lettings Manager
Charlotte brings over 15 years of experience in lettings and is ARLA Level 3 qualified. She joined Hassle Free Lettings with a mission to implement robust processes and enhance the lettings function. Charlotte's expertise ensures a smooth journey for both landlords and tenants, and she is passionate about maintaining high standards of professionalism across all operations.

Property Manager
Jelena has been with Hassle Free Lettings for several years and is a cornerstone of the team. As a Lettings Negotiator, Wendy is responsible for advertising available properties to let, organising and managing viewings, and liaising with both landlords and tenants to facilitate a smooth letting process. Wendy ensures all documentation and compliance requirements are met whilst providing ongoing support to deliver an efficient and seamless experience for clients and the team.
